The short answer is Yes! The other short answer is No! Come on now, this is sounding like a politician answering whether or not they will raise taxes.
I did some digging this morning on the Indianapolis MLS to look at photos. I was looking for good photos and bad photos, I found both. It certainly wasn't hard to find the bad. But, not to embarass any of our local Indianapolis Real Estate Agents, I have decided to refrain from showing you the "local" bad photos. I have however decided to re-produce a couple of Bad MLS photos taken from Orlandorealestatephotography.com. Come to find out there are agents out there who blog all the time about bad MLS photos, who knew? The reason they do this is to spread the word that if your home is not showcased on-line perfectly, you're hurting your chances of selling your home!
Do any of the photos of your home for sale look remotely similiar?
If you're selling your home, what your photo expectation should be:

There is only one thing worse than bad photos, and that's no photos!
