This morning, I had a chance to sit down with some prospective sellers and chat about Indy Real Estate. I had recently sold a home in their neighborhood and are considering a move closer to family out west. Their neighbors home sold in 6 days so they wanted to know what it would take to sell quickly. We talked about what they would need to do compete with Indianapolis new homes as well as current listings in their neighborhood. They will be first time sellers so it was important to take time to really explain the process of selling. We also needed to talk about what they "wanted" for their home as well as what was reality. When I left, they had plenty to think about as they slow down over the holidays.
