The myth was proved wrong today! I showed a client a home at 1413 W. 29th Street, near Riverside Drive. This Marion County Real Estate proved to be much larger on the inside than it's front was leading on. While walking through this bank owned home, we discovered large bedrooms, many kitchen cabinets, a soaring cathedral ceiling, walk-in closets, a large basement, appliances included, and even a friendly front porch with a white picket fence. Amenity after amenity kept revealing itself, and my client quickly placed it 
on the "Favorites" list, picturing his wife and two young children all together, with the independence of their new home to strech out into.
