Buying your first home-Tax Credit helps

Wednesday, January 13, 2010 by Creamer-Elson Team
When buying your first home, there is a lot to consider, but one of the first steps is to find a REALTOR who understands neighborhoods and Indiana home values.  For example, I, John Creamer, specialize in buying homes in Indianapolis Meridian-Kessler, Broad Ripple homes for sale, Wasington Township, Carmel Indiana or Fishers real estate.  Home prices Indianapolis may be tough to understand, but working with an experience REALTOR will remove the risk of not understanding what is a fair price.  Your first home, next home or your dream home call John Creamer (317)250-5646 or jcreamer@c21scheetz.com and start packing!

Getting Information

Monday, April 6, 2009 by Lisa Phillips

Lisa Phillips Century 21 Scheetz It seems whenever I meet people and they find out that I am an Indianapolis Realtor I get questions on what my take is on the market in central Indiana.  And it is interesting that they are getting bombarded with information from the national and local media that might not accurately pertain to their exact situation.  In researching home prices Indiana I have found that homeowners want to know real data for their neighborhood.  So I have set up a monthly newsletter for homeowners to find out their Indiana real estate neighborhood value.  I think that way they can see in real time what is going on with home prices Indianapolis.  If you would like to be set up on this newsletter please email me at lphillips@c21scheetz.com  and I will be happy to update you!

Buzzing Around Indy Downtown Homes

Friday, December 5, 2008 by Katie Bogan
So what's all the buzz about Indianapolis Historic Homes?

The Downtown Indianapolis Real Estate market is full of homes with charm bursting out of the walls. Most homes in the Indy Downtown area are 100+ years old, but have also been remodeled to today's standards. Some of my favorites are of Victorian architecture with eye-catching turrets, beautiful exterior paint schemes, gleaming hardwoods, tall, sunny windows, and friendly front porches.

Much attention has been put into the process of remodeling these homes to keep the originality intact, while modern conveniences haven't been overlooked. Granite countertops, exposed brick, finished ballrooms/attics into entertainment centers, and garages are standard in Indy Downtown

The prices of these homes remain competitive, Home Prices Indianapolis is used to in larger homes with many amenities. The pictures feature 1911 Delaware Street, a particularly beautiful old Indianapolis home for sale in a strong Downtown neighborhood community, Herron-Morton Place.
