It has been busy for a January in the metro Indianapolis area. We have buyers out in January looking for Noblesville Houses for Sale, Geist Homes for sale, Westfield Homes for sale and Carmel Homes for Sale. Why go out in the snow? Well, with the tax credits that the government has for home ownership, buyers are trying to get a jump on what is on the market. I have been talking to many sellers on getting their homes on the market now. Usually we start seeing this sort of traffic in March.
