In talking about the current market trends in Hamilton County, Indiana and the north side of Indianapolis with a client it dawned on him that this was a great time to look for a bump up house. He has been in his first house for about two years but is looking at this opportunity to get more amenities in his next home.

He decided that he might not get the most resale out of his current home but for the added equity for his next house it made great sense to start looking now.
