As an Indianapolis Realtor I had no idea what to expect this year with the tax credit. It was mass panic last week to get buyers into contracts before Friday at midnight. I was one that was trying to negotiate an offer at the last minute also. I am thrilled though that I woke up Saturday and had showings scheduled on my listings and had listing appointments for homes for sale in Noblesville and Carmel.
