I grew up in South Florida. My family still remains in South Florida. What am I doing in Indianapolis? I have been asked that question more times than I could count for the past, uh, hmm, OK, 33 years. Geesh, have I really been an Indiana Hoosier that long? I think I just dated myself! Oh well, I'm proud to be a "Floridian" Hoosier!
When I first moved to the Indianapolis area back in 1993 Pacer basketball was hot! it was all about Miller Time, Reggie Miller that is. Right now, this month, it's all about the FINAL FOUR! (the photo on the right carries the Final Four floor to Lucas Oil Stadium) This is what makes Indianapolis such an amazing place to live and why I choose to call Indianapolis home!
How in the world does basketball and Real Estate relate! Simple! We not only sell homes in Indianapolis, we sell the city. CENTURY 21 Scheetz services over 1200 transferees a year. In layman terms this means we are helping a lot of people, who are moving into our great city, find a home. When the transferee comes to the city one of our Relocation Specialist takes them on a tour of Indianapolis. (Photo on the left shows CENTURY 21 Scheetz Relocation Consultants) Showing the new Hoosiers the city can include areas such as Carmel Indiana, Downtown Indianapolis Homes, Geist Indiana, and everywhere in between. If you are looking for homes for sale in Indianapolis, let CENTURY 21 Scheetz direct your path home. You will not only learn about homes, you will more than likely learn about Hoosier basketball!
Speaking of basketball, did you know that this year's final four tournament is expected to give the city an even bigger financial boost than last year's 39.3 Million Dollars. Being a Hoosier involves more than just basketball! We are known for our sports, such as the Colts, Pacers, Minor League Baseball's Indians, the USHL's Ice, the Indianapolis 500, and the Brickyard 400 Nascar event. The city has hosted the PanAmerican Games, the Olympic swimming and diving trials, and will host the Super bowl in 2012!
